Dogpound tucked away at the intersection of Renwick and Canal St, opened in the spring of 2016, and is known for a glittery clientele. In Dec 2017, Dogpound enlisted Freefall to identify brand partnerships, revamp in-studio retail, social media identity, brand voice, and content strategies. There was no defined social media identity or content strategy prior to working with Freefall.
Freefall worked with Dogpound for a total of 14 months and organically increased Dogpound’s Instagram following 160% while achieving account verification.
